You WILL see a preview of your opponent's team right before the battle and you must lock in your team before the battle.

• Battle Format: Double Battle (Bring 6, Choose 4)
• Turn Limit: 20 turns maximum (results in a tie if exceeded)
• Gimmicks: No gimmicks allowed (e.g., Tera, Mega, Dynamax)
• BST Limit: No Pokémon with a Base Stat Total strictly above 600 (BST 600 is allowed)
• Pokémon Category Bans: No Legendaries, Mythics, or Paradox Pokémon
• Ability Ban: Pokémon with the ability Moody are not permitted
• Species: Players cannot have two Pokémon with the same Pokédex number on the same team
• Items: Players cannot have two of the same held items on their Pokémon at a time
• OHKO: A Pokémon may not have the moves Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, or Sheer Cold in its moveset
• Sleep: Only one Pokémon may be put to sleep on the opposing team at a time, if not induced by a move such as Rest
• Endless Battle: Any moveset on any Pokémon that is capable of intentionally causing an endless battle is banned
